1. Eligibility

• Event is open worldwide to anyone with a valid wallet.
• Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
• Only entries verified through the $7 Access NFT are eligible.

2. Entry Pass Requirement

• The $7 Access NFT acts as the official event entry pass.
• One NFT = One valid entry.
• Multiple NFTs do not increase chances; duplicates may be removed.

3. Preventing Duplicate Entries

• The NFT ensures that each participant is a real, unique user.
• Attempts to register multiple times may result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Rewards

A total of 50 winners will be selected:

• 20 winners receive 5,000 prop credits (funded-account reward)
• 30 winners receive 50 USD each

Reward types are fixed and non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners are chosen fairly through a random selection process.
• Decisions are final.
• Winners will be announced publicly on our official channels.

6. Prize Distribution

• Rewards will be sent to the wallet or account details provided by winners.
• Incorrect or invalid details may result in loss of reward.
• Any fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. No Refund Policy

• NFT purchases cannot be refunded once completed.
• Users must verify their wallet before buying.

8. Event Changes

• We may modify dates, reward distribution, or rules if required.
• Any updates will be posted on official channels.

9. User Conduct

Participants must not:

• Use bots
• Attempt multiple entries
• Use fake identities
• Abuse or exploit the event system

Such actions may result in immediate disqualification.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Blockchain delays
• Gas fees
• Network failures
• Wallet issues
• Lost access
• Delayed announcements

Your participation is at your own risk.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By minting the NFT, registering your entry, or engaging with the event in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
